In the spring of 2014 the Seventh-day Adventist Church undertook a major refurbishment of its flagship property at 47a Ranelagh Road Dublin. Originally built in the 1950’s, the task of modernising the run-down building was substantial. Once architect drawings were completed, the members decided to secure the services of Gabriel Negrut of Abcon Construction, Carbury, County Kildare.

Gabi and his team worked with tremendous efficiency, and to a very high standard of excellence. When the client at times required amendments, he was happy and willing to oblige. Communication between the client and Gabi was at all times clear and courteous. The price paid was in line with the contractual agreement.

47a Ranelagh Road today is a fully refurbished and modernised building, fit for purpose as a place of sanctuary for the congregation of worshippers, and as a centre for the community to use.

ABCON Construction recently completed a major modernisation/refurbishment for us in Dublin City. The building is a three storey over basement property sub-divided into six self-contained flats. Gabriel and his team did an outstanding job with the property including excellent management of the budget and schedule.

Quick turnaround was vital for us and the team worked late many nights, week-end’s and a Bank-Holiday to ensure completion of the work inside the agreed time-frame.The quality of build, fit and finish is excellent and the building is a testament to the high standards set by the company.
