Project Details
This project involved electrical rewiring, plumbing installation, insulation, new exterior windows, new interior fit out (doors, flooring,
skirting boards, tiling, lighting, etc), new kitchens fitted in each unit, new toilets and sanitary ware installed and section of roof replaced.
Special features of this project included a extremely quick turnaround, as the units were needed for rental purposes. There were 6 apartments in one building plus an additional apartment in another building to be gutted and refurbished and the work was completed in approximately
12 weeks.
